Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of LawnHero Waukegan Artificial Grass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. Services Provided
LawnHero Waukegan Artificial Grass provides artificial grass installation, maintenance, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Waukegan, IL and surrounding areas. All services are performed by trained professionals following industry best practices. We strive to complete every project to your satisfaction, but specific results may vary based on site conditions and materials selected.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if you request additional services. We will always communicate any price changes before proceeding with work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement, and we accept various payment methods for your convenience.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and any underground utilities or obstacles. You must ensure clear access to the work area and notify us of any pets or security systems. It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals before we begin work. You should also review and approve all project plans before installation begins.
Warranty and Limitations
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer warranties on both labor and materials as specified in your service agreement. However, warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, extreme weather events, or normal wear and tear beyond the stated warranty period. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If work has already begun, you may be responsible for costs incurred up to that point. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone work due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. Most problems can be solved through open communication. If we cannot reach a resolution, any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Illinois. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
